Earthy • Velvety • Creamy
With its naturally dreamy purple color, Ube is one glam yam beloved in the Philippines. Perfect for a vibrant, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth fix! Mix is ready in 5 minutes; just add butter/oil, eggs, and milk (or dairy free and vegan alternatives). Made from California-grown rice and naturally gluten-free, our mixes are crafted in small batches in San Diego. Each 16oz pack makes ~16 mochi pancakes / 6 waffles total. Leftovers freeze very well and are excellent toasted for a quick snack! Serving suggestion: Greek yogurt, chilli crisp, and honey
