Shipping & Heat Notice
This is a heat-sensitive product. Snacks and More ships this item with ice packs or other protective materials to help reduce heat exposure during transit. Ice packs provide temporary protection and are not guaranteed to remain frozen or cold for the entire delivery period.
Expedited shipping is strongly recommended, especially during warm weather. Faster shipping reduces transit time and may help reduce the amount of time the chocolate is exposed to elevated temperatures.
Customers who select economy, standard, promotional free shipping, or another slower shipping option accept the increased risk of melting or softening caused by heat exposure during transit.
Snacks and More generally does not provide refunds or replacements for melting or softening caused solely by temperature exposure when economy, standard, promotional free shipping, or another slower shipping method is selected. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law or otherwise provided under our posted policies.
Chocolate chips that soften or melt during transit may still be suitable for baking, melting, or other culinary uses once cooled and resolidified, provided the packaging remains intact and the product has otherwise been handled appropriately.
