Cabe Merah is a unique chili from from the island of Samosir located in the middle of the worlds largest volcanic crater. It is long, bright red with fresh cirtus tones and just a perfect match for Batak Pepper.
This chili has been cultivated to pair with the citrus tones in the Batak Pepper and works wonders in chili sauces, stir fries and curries with a lot of ctirus.
Limited batch!
This one was a bit spicier than 2023 harvesr. Remove the seeds for a sweet and milder flavor.
Wash before use.
