What a spice!
This Sichuan pepper is absolute heaven for anyone wanting to indulge into Sichuan cuisine. It has such an elegant citrusy taste that none can be compared and it so much fun to cook with.
It comes from the Li family in the small village of Qingxi just on the fringes of the Tibetan plateau and has taken us some years to source and we are very proud to have this unique flavor in our collection.
