Mild Pul Biber

Mild Pul Biber from Hilmi Beys family plantation in Kahramanmaras provides red everyday magic. The sun-ripe pepper fruit has round sweetness and only a whisper of warmth. Locally it is used generously for color, body and flavor without heat taking center stage. If Silk Cut Pul Biber is more velvety and punchy, Mild Pul Biber has a more gentle and rustic feel.

We love it because this is a chili that everyone can use. It is so versatile in cooking and can be applied in pastas, minced meats, in salads or sprinkle over soups. One of our favorite things is using this chili together with our kids to show them that chili comes in many forms, should not be feared since it is not always spicy. It is the flavor of chili that is most important.
