Our Tarim Fennel is grown in the unique landscapes around lake Bosten located on the fringes of the Taklamakan desert. This is one of the driest and hottest places on earth but the access to water makes it possible to produce very fragrant, hardy herbs due to the unforgiving climate and cold nights.
