How to prepare

Sift 1–2g of matcha into a warmed bowl. Add 70ml of water at 70–80°C. Whisk in a W-motion until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odours. Consume within 4–6 weeks of opening for best flavour.
