This is a celebration of all the things we love about Sichuanese flavoring. This is the perfect spice blend making it easy to create tasty Sichuanese dishes such as Mapo Dofu, Street style Tofu, Green beans, minced pork, fish, dan dan noodles and so on.
The spiciness comes from a mix of 5 different Chinese chilies leaning heavy on ErJingTao.
The tingle comes from the beloved citrusy electric QingXi Tribute Sichuan Pepper.
The depth comes from adding a small background symphony of 5 spice elements and bay leaf.
We place big importance on freshness. Mixed spices are better closer to production and loose flavor as time progresses. We aim for 2-4 months between mixing of spices, and on demand for bigger orders.
