Ottoman Original blend is created by the spice duo Ali & Ahmet from a traditional Turkish spice mix with a modern flavor. Made for food that should taste like it’s already had fire, time and browning. Red warmth, garlicky savoriness, an herbal backbone and a dry tang that brings out the best in meats like kofte, kebab and grilled skewers.
For us it is the perfect companion in the kitchen when we want to add a balanced spicy, salty and earthy depth. It combines many of the spices we enjoy from Turkey. Add to minced meat dishes, adding some umph to your bolonegese or marinating for the grill.
