This is a wonderful mix from our partner farm on the island of Phu Quoc in southern Vietnam.
It is one of the best mixes we have come across so far on our quest and one really worth sharing with our spice community. It is the Pham family’s special mix along with the Chili Mix. It is simple to use and very versatile. Where every you want some salty, umami heat just sprinkle it on your dish or use it when cooking.
It will become a new favorite in the kitchen for sure.
Ingredients:
Phu Quoc Black Pepper
Toasted Phu Quoc sand-grown garlic
